A woman has been brought to the fore of local law enforcement's attention due to her alleged inability to navigate the road without the impairment of intoxicants. Roselia Marban-Romero, the woman in question, was involved in a single motor vehicle crash which prompted deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office to arrive at the 19600 block of Kuykendahl Road. This incident which unfolded on January 26, 2024, is reported to have showcased the driver exhibiting clear signs of intoxication, reports Constable Mark Herman's Office.

Subsequent to the accident, Roselia Marban-Romero underwent a battery of Standard Field Sobriety Tests which ultimately confirmed suspicions that she was indeed under the influence. The deputies probed further into Marban-Romero's past and unearthed that this was not her first storm of legal strife arising from alcohol-induced vehicular mishandling, she had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated, declaring what some might deem a pattern of questionable judgment behind the wheel.

An arrest ensued and Roselia Marban-Romero found herself housed at the Harris County Jail. There, she faces charges once again for Driving While Intoxicated. "Roselia Marban-Romero was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 9."  attested Constable Mark Herman in a statement.
