A disturbance call in the 13,000 block of Windfern Road led Harris County deputies straight to a wanted woman, officials said. Constable Mark Herman's Office reported that upon responding to the incident on January 27, they encountered Aliza De La Rosa, who was involved in a ruckus.

Investigation at the scene quickly unraveled De La Rosa's identity, revealing her to have an outstanding warrant for Evading Arrest/Detention, this warrant had cast a shadow over her and, now pulled into the light, it necessitated immediate action by the authorities. Constable Mark Herman's Office disclosed the incident in a Facebook post the following day.

“Aliza De La Rosa was arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail, and charged with the misdemeanor warrant. Her bond was set at $204.00 out of County Court 12.” Herman declared in the online statement.
