Fort Worth residents, mark your calendars for a chance to voice your concerns and get your questions answered at a Community Open House. Set for Monday, February 26, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the open house will host members of the Real Time Crime Center, Traffic, Lake Patrol, and Neighborhood Patrol Officers – a direct line to those keeping the city safe.
According to the Fort Worth Police Department, city officials including Code Compliance, Jobs, Parks, Garbage, and Libraries representatives will also be in attendance. The two-hour event, free of charge and child-friendly, aims to bridge the gap between city departments and the residents they serve. The open house welcomes all to the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD administration building, just behind Marine Creek Middle School, located at 5825 Marine Creek Pkwy in Fort Worth.
The initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance transparency and foster a community dialogue. Not only will it provide an opportunity for direct interaction with various city department representatives, but it will also allow the public to gain better insight into the functions and services provided by the city.
