Harris County Deputies Arrest Man with Felony Warrants After Disturbance CallSource: Facebook/Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4

A report of a disturbance in Harris County has led to the apprehension of Christopher Gray, a man with two outstanding felony warrants. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the 9300 block of Sundew Court on February 21st, following up on a call concerning an altercation. When the officers arrived, they identified Gray as the man involved.

The investigation on site further determined that Gray was allegedly responsible for not only the fracas but also had physically assaulted the victim. The unnamed victim suffered pain and visible injuries from the encounter. It was during this process that deputies discovered Gray to already be wanted on more serious charges.

A statement obtained by the Constable's Facebook page confirmed, "Christopher Gray was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open Felony Warrants and charged with Assault. His total bond has not been set at this time out of the 208 District Court and County Court 10."
