A 22-year-old man, Kenterius Taylor, was nabbed by the Houston FBI for allegedly hitting four banks in a series of February heists, officials confirmed.
Taylor, the man behind the brazen daylight robberies, is accused of targeting the PNC Bank on North Freeway twice in three days, first on February 2 and again on February 5, then twice shaking down a Wells Fargo branch also on North Freeway, on February 20 and the most recent on February 23 before law enforcement's dragnet closed in on him, FOX26 Houston reported.
The spree of brazen robberies put the local community on edge and drew a swift response from the FBI, which lead to cracking the case and taking Taylor into custody; he is now awaiting the sting of justice behind bars at the Harris County Jail.
Details on how law enforcement tracked down Taylor haven't been disclosed, and the aftermath of his alleged robbery streak remains entangled in investigation and legal procedure as of now he remains in the grip of the law with bond details and court dates still pending, according to a post from FBI Houston on X.
