The Arlington Entertainment District just scored a luxurious touchdown with the Feb. 13 opening of the Loews Arlington Hotel. Planted squarely between the Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium, this 888-room behemoth isn't just a place to crash after a game - it's a business and pleasure palace, complete with over 200,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space and a 66,000 sq. ft outdoor paradise featuring an events lawn and a range of amenities, according to the City of Arlington, Texas.
Visitors looking for a bit of pampering can now find it at the new hotel's full-service spa, or work off those five-star restaurant meals at the onsite fitness center. But the Loews Arlington is just the beginning. This district, known for hosting the 2023 World Series Champion Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys, is on a winning streak, with a lineup that includes the Arlington Museum of Art, National Medal of Honor Museum, and a host of new attractions such as the One Rangers Way apartments and more.
The area's transformation isn't stopping anytime soon, with eyes set on a myriad of other developments in the pipeline. It’s a strategic play to bolster tourism and business investment in the heart of Arlington, a city that's rapidly morphing from a spot for sports fanatics to a diverse entertainment nexus meant to cater to various tastes and interests.
