An unusual morning disturbance in Los Angeles ended with an arrest after a suspect allegedly wielded a pogo stick and later an axe in a series of heated confrontations. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, on February 2, a woman identified as Lucerito Valenzuela sought out her ex-boyfriend at a business on East Vernon Avenue, only to learn he no longer worked there and allegedly vented her frustrations on someone else's car with a pogo stick.

The incident escalated hours later when Valenzuela reportedly returned to the same location, this time armed with an axe; she was met with swift action from the LAPD, who managed to subdue her without further incident, the business's morning routine had already been shattered by the earlier vandalism.
The woman had also inflicted an injury upon herself, requiring medical attention before she could be taken to jail. Valenzuela is now facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon, her booking number listed as 6752889, as the local business community shakes off the ripple effects of the morning's chaos.
While the motive appears to be a domestic dispute gone awry, local authorities are not taking any chances and urging anyone with additional information to come forward.
