Constable Mark Herman's deputies responded to the call in the 16200 block of Cutten Road, where they identified London as the belligerent party. According to a post from Precinct 4's Facebook page, the investigation turned up that London had previously been warned to stay away from this location, yet he not only trespassed but also wrecked property amid the turmoil.
The cost of London's alleged defiance? A bond set at a mere $100.00. "Samuel London was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Criminal Trespass," Constable Herman stated, adding that the arrest took place out of County Court 13.
