Mattel is capitalizing on Super Bowl fever with a first-of-its-kind collectible—a Super Bowl Barbie decked out in the regalia of the victorious NFL team. Fans eager to get their hands on this special edition doll will have to wait until the dust settles on February 11, when the Kansas City Chiefs clash with the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas, KENS 5 reported. Unlike your average Barbie, this one comes ready to cheer with a jersey, hat, and foam finger all branded with the Super Bowl logo.

But getting your mitts on this toy is no instantaneous affair. Fans can pre-order the Big Game Barbie until February 25 through the Mattel Creations website, but have to wait to not only see their team win but to have their orders fulfilled, which will start to ship only in August. As an added twist, those who bet on the losing side will see their money back instead of the doll, signaling a gamble of sorts on which team merchandise they'll hastily order. "USA Today noted", "Only orders for the winning team Barbie version will be fulfilled."

Isn't just Barbie getting in on the action. The toy giant is also throwing in a few extras for sports fans by offering a Super Bowl 54 UNO deck and a relaunch of last year's hit, the Super Bowl "Little People" set. According to KENS 5, these Fisher-Price Little People Collector sets, retailing at $30, will feature mini likenesses of three football players from the winning squad, dressed in their Super Bowl finery.

The Super Bowl LVIII UNO Fandom deck is another play in Mattel's arsenal, priced at an accessible $12 and available in March. The decks are to be decorated with the winning team's brand, featuring cards with player images and the inclusion of one special collectible foil card—ensuring fans can continue to score long after the final touchdown. "USA Today stated", "The deck will feature players, plus one collectible foil card in each deck."
