Two suspects wanted on multiple charges found themselves in handcuffs after a routine traffic stop became anything but ordinary. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office stopped a vehicle on February 10 on Ella Blvd, and after a bit of police work, a simple stop turned into a significant bust.
Behind the wheel and in the passenger seat were Deion White and Tatyana Beavers respectively, both of whom were harboring more than just secrets. White, as authorities soon uncovered, allegedly had over 4 ounces of marijuana and was furthermore wanted on a Criminal Trespass Warrant. Not to be quickly outdone, a background check on Beavers brought to light open warrants for Retaliation, Burglary of a Habitat, and traffic violations.
The pair were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Constable Mark Herman's Facebook page provided details: "They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Deion White was charged with Possession of Marijuana and the warrant. His total bond was set at $1,701.00 out of the 174th District Court and County Court 12. Tatyana Beavers' total bond was set at $25,000.00 out of the 228th District Court for the felony warrants."
