A Texas man was snagged by law enforcement after being suspected of drunken driving, authorities said. Sonny Adams was pulled over on February 17 in the 7500 block of Cypress Creek Parkway following traffic violations.
Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office reported that Adams showed signs of being under the influence during the stop which led to a field sobriety test that confirmed their suspicions, Adams failed to pass the series of tests put forth by the deputies, proving his impairment beyond the legal limit.
In an announcement, Constable Herman said, "Sonny Adams was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was $100.00 out of county criminal court number 11." The arrest was detailed in a social media post from the precinct's official account.
