Traffic Collision in Harris County Leads to Arrest of Two individuals with Outstanding Warrants

In a twist of fate worthy of a TV crime drama, a car crash in Harris County, Texas not only led to a tangled mess of metal but to the arrest of two wanted individuals, according to local authorities. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the scene at the intersection of Enchanted Oaks Drive and Cypresswood Drive yesterday, following reports of a vehicle collision.

It wasn't the damaged cars that grabbed the deputies' attention, one of the drivers involved, identified as Scott Eugene, was soon discovered to have an open felony warrant for larceny from Harris County, Christopher Charles Harvey, another person involved in the incident, had several open traffic warrants to his name as well. In a statement reported by the Facebook page of Precinct 4, Constable Mark Herman's office confirmed the discovery stating, "All warrants were confirmed and they were both booked into the Harris County Jail."

Eugene now finds himself in legal limbo, awaiting the decision on bond from the 182nd District Court. The Precinct 4 Facebook page further noted that both suspects were processed without incident,shutting a brief chapter in what could be a long road through the judicial system.
