According to information obtained by KHOU 11, the incident unfolded just after 3 p.m. on Thursday at the Wells Fargo located on the North Freeway at West Road; witnesses at the site reported that the bank tellers were threatened during the heist, though there appeared to be no visible weapons involved, leaving several to contemplate the intent and capabilities of the robbers as they fled on foot with an undisclosed sum.
The young age of the suspects has prompted a different approach by the news outlets, with KHOU 11 choosing to blur their faces in the images circulated, however, they hoped that the distinct clothing worn by the suspects might aid in their identification, and they continue to encourage anyone who might have beneficial information to step forward.
