A woman known to be persona non grata at a Jack in the Box in North Houston was slapped with cuffs after she threatened employees, authorities said. Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office dashed to the fast-food joint on the 19700 block of Holzwarth Road on March 14th, in response to a reported ruckus, according to a Facebook post by the Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

The female, causing the disturbance, who deputies identified as April Stevenson, had already been told to steer clear of the premises with a Criminal Trespass Warning. Despite the warning, Stevenson apparently could not resist the urge to return, which led to the latest encounter. Upon being asked to skedaddle, she allegedly switched to threats, turning the situation into a matter for law enforcement.

“April Stevenson was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Treat. Her bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 2." Constable Mark Herman said.
