Over the weekend, Constable Mark Herman's officers pulled over a man on suspicion of drunk driving in North Houston, leading to his arrest and subsequent charges. The incident occurred in the 14100 block of Jones Road, where Nicholas Werderman was stopped and displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
Following a set of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests administered by a deputy from Constable Herman's office, it was determined that Werderman was indeed under the influence. According to a Facebook post by Precinct 4, “Nicholas Werderman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated.”
