Superior Court Arrest Warrant out for him.

Owusu-Sakyi, a Southeast D.C. resident, is now the subject of an extensive search effort by MPD. There have been no updates on the victim's current condition, but the initial report from authorities classified her injuries as non-life-threatening. Meanwhile, law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information on Owusu-Sakyi's whereabouts to come forward.
