Maxwell stands accused of pushing an elderly victim and seizing her money, violations of P.C. 368(D)(1) - Elder Abuse and P.C. 211 - Robbery. Following her apprehension, Maxwell was booked into the Colorado River Station jail, with a bail set at $50,000.00, as per officials.
