In what has shaped up to be a clear violation of bail conditions, David Sanabria, 32, from Perris, found himself back in cuffs. Sanabria, initially arrested in November 2023 for sending harmful matters to minors, was charged yet again after allegedly breaking bail terms that mandated he steer clear of children. The Riverside Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit took Sanabria into custody on April 18 from his home, as reported by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
After posting bail last year, Sanabria was explicitly ordered not to be around or have any contact with any minors. Come April, authorities learned he had been seemingly to continue attending various churches in Riverside County, where he once again placed himself in environments with children. A new arrest warrant was subsequently issued for Sanabria, leading to his most recent apprehension.
Upon his latest arrest, Sanabria was taken to the Robert Presley Detention Center with his bail set at a staggering $100,000, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. The current status of the investigation remains under wraps, with no new information made available to the public.
