Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating Chase Chappell, a 13-year-old boy reported missing from Philadelphia's 24th District since March 23. Chappell was last seen at about 8:00 p.m. on the 20XX block of Castor Avenue, as police have announced today.
Described as being 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 75 pounds Chappell has a thin build, black hair, brown eyes and was last spotted wearing a black t-shirt paired with blue jeans. He's known to frequent the Port Richmond area.
Anyone with information that might lead to locating Chase is encouraged to contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
