Tensions flared in Canyon Country when a male and female were reportedly caught in a heated exchange involving their vehicle on a quiet suburban street. From a Facebook post by the Santa Clarita Valley Sherrif's Station, the pair were embroiled in a high-decibel argument and took their anger out on the car, screaming and kicking it fervently. Responding to the call for service, Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's deputies rushed to the scene.
The deputies arrived to find the man and woman inside the offending vehicle. A quick investigation revealed a critical discrepancy—the license plate on the car didn't match its registration. Detained by the authorities, both parties found themselves in a deeper quagmire. The male suspect, besides the vehicle mix-up, had heroin stashed along with drug paraphernalia. Taking possession of drugs and related contraptions, and fighting in public were just the beginnings of their troubles.
Not to be outdone by her companion, the female suspect was also found owning heroin. There was no escape from the clutches of the law for these rule-breakers as deputies reported both the male and female were taken into custody and booked at the local sheriff's station on suspicions of drug possession.
