Deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station were called to the 18000 block of Collier Avenue for a commercial robbery, where they arrested a suspect who's been on their radar. Stanford Stringer, 33, concealed numerous items from a local business and exited without rendering payment, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Employees, familiar with Stringer's previous escapades, attempted to intervene, prompting Stringer to threaten them using a large tool. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement K9 team, along with deputies, responded promptly and nabbed Stringer red-handed with the stolen merchandise. Stringer, of Lake Elsinore, is now facing charges including robbery and violation of probation, not to mention additional felony warrants waiting to be served, as reprted by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. He's been whisked away to Cois Byrd Detention Center following the incident.
