Houston High Jinx, Suspects Accused of Possessing 21.5 Pounds of Marijuana Attempt Misdirected Delivery RecoverySource: Facebook/Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4

Two suspects found themselves in a high-stakes mix-up after attempting to recover a sizable stash of marijuana mistakenly delivered to the wrong Houston address. Constable Mark Herman's deputies responded to a tip about a suspicious vehicle parked on Roth Forest Lane yesterday, where they detained Jordan Haberstroh and Ricardo Ortiz, according to a Facebook post by Precinct 4.

An investigation, ensued, revealing the pair's motive: retrieving multiple boxes containing 21.5 pounds of pot erroneously sent to an unintended recipient. In a desperate attempt to save their skins, they even tried bribing the resident to keep mum about the mishap. Their plan went up in smoke when they were caught red-handed, their shirts inexplicably bearing the same logo as the incriminating boxes—and matching bags found in their car. "Jordan Haberstroh and Ricardo Ortiz were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Possession of Marijuana," Constable Mark Herman detailed in the post.

The hapless duo is now facing charges and will have to hash it out in court, as details of their bond and upcoming legal proceedings have yet to be determined.

The constable's office has not released further information about the investigation or the suspects.
