A suspect was caught on camera during the early hours of May 10, forcefully breaking into a clothing store and absconding with luxury goods.
According to Philadelphia Police Department Northwest Detective Division, footage from the scene reveals that at approximately 2:15AM, the suspect, an unidentified black male, methodically smashed the boutique's front window and swiftly grabbed handbags valued at around $4,900. The police are now actively seeking to quickly identify and apprehend the man, who fled the scene heading south down Main Street.
A detailed description of the suspect has been released by the authorities. He is said to be in his 40s, with a distinctive salt and pepper full beard, topped with a black "Calvin Klein" baseball cap featuring the initials "CK" on the back. The suspect was attired in a dark gray or black New Balance jacket, bearing the "NB" logo on the left chest and additional writing along the left sleeve, paired with light gray sweatpants and light blue Saucony sneakers, complemented by gray and black gloves, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department Northwest Detective Division.
