Concern has arisen over the disappearance of 42-year-old Hernan Alvarez Luna, who has been missing since early June 11. According to the Chicago Police Department, Alvarez Luna was last seen on the 4900 block of West Cornelia. Surveillance from a Ring camera captures his last known whereabouts at approximately 5:00 A.M. wearing what may be the same clothing and carrying a backpack as in a photo provided by authorities.

Alvarez Luna is described as a White Hispanic male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 195 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and a medium complexion. Distinguishing marks include a pin-up (female) tattoo on his left forearm, a skull tattoo on his right shoulder, and a surgical scar on his left clavicle. He is known to frequent Portage Park, Chopin Park, and Kilbourn Park, although no sightings have been reported since his disappearance.
