According to the Culver City Police Department, Taylor was last seen at a care facility on the 5200 block of Sepulveda Boulevard on Thursday night.
Taylor, who stands 4'11" and weighs approximately 125 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair, was described in the notice as having last been adorned in a white tank top paired with yellow pants, details that could aid in her recognition, she also suffers from diabetes, anemia, and hypertension, as per the Culver City Police Department.
