In a separate incident on Friday afternoon, before 3:30 p.m., a 36-year-old female motorcyclist died after her bike hit a curb at the intersection of Helmer and Beckley roads in Battle Creek, FOX 17 News reported, speed was reportedly not a factor in the crash, and the victim was wearing a full-face helmet at the time of the accident.
