In Harris County, deputies served a warrant that led to a quartet of arrests on the previous day, June 23. Constable Mark Herman's deputies initiated the warrant service at a locale in the 19800 block of Misty Pines Drive, searching for Owen Trayal, who was wanted for a missed court appearance related to a narcotics charge.

Three individuals were detained outside the residence: Justin Tunstall, Jason Keeton, and Karen Tobon. During this operation, as documented on Constable Herman’s Facebook page, Trayal attempted to flee on foot but was promptly caught. This event unfolded as the deputies ascertained that the suspects in their custody were not without their slates of charges.

Upon the detailed search, it became apparent that Justin Tunstall was in possession of narcotics and was already sought for two outstanding warrants related to assault and controlled substance possession. Jason Keeton was revealed to have six open traffic warrants, and Karen Tobon, who was currently out on bond for a controlled substance charge, held an additional seven warrants from the Humble Police Department.

"They were all arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. Justin Tunstall received a new charge for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Their bonds and court information have not been set at this time," stated Constable Mark Herman.
