Community concern rises as the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) issues an Endangered Child Alert for a young East Tennessee teen named Payton Begley, last seen over a week ago. WVLT-TV reported that the 15-year-old girl went missing in Kingsport on June 11. She's described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
