Asia Blake’s Matcha Mama has become Knoxville’s latest beverage craze, drawing long lines of up to 100 and repeated sellouts in its opening weeks.

Dustin Cochran has added WokXville, a gluten‑free Asian stall, to Kern's Food Hall in South Knoxville. The move builds on Cochran’s allergy‑friendly offerings at the hall.

Intrepid Nitro has opened two neighborhood spots in Bearden and Hardin Valley, serving nitro-poured coffees and teas with a “Craft, Not Crap” ethos. The shops keep five coffees and two teas on tap and host events and subscriptions.
