The much-anticipated Parktacular Rock the Park concert in St. Louis Park is a no-go following reports of relentless rain and looming severe storms. 

According to a recent post on the city's official Facebook page, "We regret that tonight's St. Louis Park Parktacular Rock the Park concert is canceled due to the ongoing forecast of rain and potential severe storms." Now, the concert organizers are scrambling to find a new date to bring back Jacuzzi Puma, hoping to avoid a complete washout of the rocking festivities. Yet, not all is lost for those who aimed to partake in the Parktacular celebrations.

The Parktacular Business Expo and Kidtacular aren't letting a bit of thunder steal their thunder. These events remain steadfast in their schedule for the afternoon at Wolfe Park, eager to showcase local businesses and provide entertainment for the little ones. 

While Jacuzzi Puma fans will have to wait for their fix of live music, they can find solace in the city's efforts to reschedule the gig. Details on the rescheduled concert will likely emerge once city officials and, the band set out a new date that promises clear skies and zero chance of stormy interruptions. In the meantime, St. Louis Park is adamant that the show must go on — in whatever capacity it safely can.
