Wrapped in a light-colored blanket, the suspect was last seen wearing an unconventional ensemble of blue, pink, and green tie-dye spandex pants paired with a grey Nike jacket, complete with an unshaven beard and mustache, according to police descriptions.

Authorities have detailed a physical description of the suspect, appealing to the public for assistance. They are looking for a white male believed to be between 6'1" and 6'2", weighing around 190 to 200 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. His hair is described as curly or wavy and short.
