Temperatures are anticipated to hover near 90 degrees, accompanied by a west-southwest wind traveling 7 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%, with new rainfall likely to be less than a tenth of an inch, although, thunderstorms might result in greater amounts, reports the National Weather Service.
This evening, the forecast indicates a 70% possibility for more showers and thunderstorms between 9 pm and midnight, potentially continuing past midnight. Mostly cloudy conditions are expected, with low temperatures around 73 degrees and southwest winds around 9 mph. Rainfall could accumulate to between a quarter and half an inch. Tuesday will similarly bring showers and thunderstorms, potentially before 2 pm, and again afterward, with a 60% chance of precipitation and winds gusting as high as 22 mph. "New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms," the forecast adds.
The latter part of the week promises a break from the storms, with Wednesday's weather mostly sunny and highs near 81 degrees. Tranquil north winds will be a mild 5 to 7 mph. As nighttime falls, the skies should remain mostly clear, allowing temperatures to drop to around 60 degrees. Conditions on Thursday and Friday appear to be favorable, featuring sunny skies and highs nearing the high 70s, with nighttime lows comfortably in the low 60s.
The pleasant streak is set to extend into the weekend, with the forecast predicting a sunny Saturday and a mostly sunny Sunday. Daytime temperatures will gradually rise, reaching a peak near 84 degrees by Sunday. Evenings will continue to stay mostly clear, with lows climbing to the low 60s.
