A 32-year-old man from Yulee, Florida named Garth Nathaniel Walton was arrested on charges stemming from his actions during the infamous January 6, 2021, breach of the Capitol. According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Walton faces a range of charges including felony offenses of civil disorder and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, with additional misdemeanors like entering and remaining in restricted buildings and disorderly conduct.
