
A traffic accident on South San Fernando Mission Boulevard yesterday evening required the intervention of the Los Angeles Fire Department after two vehicles were involved in a collision. According to the LAFD alert, the incident, which occurred shortly after 8 pm, led to one car crashing into a telephone pole and the entrapment of at least one person. LAFD crews worked to extricate the individual in what was a tense scene for both first responders and onlookers.

Out of the incident, dubbed INC#1609 by the department, a total of three individuals were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. The patients included a 40-year-old male, a 40-year-old female, and another patient whose age and gender remained unspecified. Details about their conditions, or what led to the horrific accident in the first place, have yet to be released by the authorities, "nothing further," was reported by the LAFD.
