
A stabbing incident has been reported in Long Beach where a victim was hospitalized early this morning. The Long Beach Police Department’s blotter indicated that officers were called to a local hospital near the 1000 block of Linden Avenue at about 1:09 a.m. on July 23, after a stabbing victim had arrived by self-transport.
Currently, there is limited information on the suspect or the circumstances leading to the stabbing the victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was listed in stable condition following the attack. The police are actively investigating the matter to piece together what happened in the moments before the stabbing occurred as part of ongoing investigations, the LBPD is appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward.
The authorities are urging anyone who might offer a lead on the suspect to get in touch.
