Juanita Ave, swiftly arriving at 5:47 p.m. In the tumult, the crowd scattered as law enforcement approached, prompting officers to chase several individuals, including one particular 15-year-old male, according to the Oxnard Police Department.
During the pursuit, it was observed that the juvenile discarded a loaded Taurus 9mm handgun beneath a parked car. Shortly after, the young suspect was arrested, mere steps from the discarded weapon, for various firearms violations.
