San Antonio Police are on the lookout for four individuals involved in the late-night robbery of a northeast-side smoke shop. The incident, which unfolded around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday at Grabuds located on the 14000 block of Nacogdoches Road, has placed local authorities on high alert, according to a report from KENS5.
Upon their arrival at the scene, officers were met with descriptions provided by the shop manager, detailing the suspects as being clad in dark clothing with their faces obscured and at least two alleged to have brandished handguns during the theft, stealing various items from the shop before they took off on foot, no one was harm during the incident but the staff were understandably shaken.
Efforts to search the surrounding areas were fruitless; the suspects had vanished, leaving the police with no immediate leads. A patrol has since been assigned to monitor the location in an enhanced security measure.
No arrests have been made as of yet and investigators continue to piece together the scant evidence left behind in hopes of apprehending those responsible for the aggravated robbery, as the four suspects remain at large their identities concealed by the night and the scant clues they left behind.
