According to Seattle Police Department Blotter, the incident occurred shortly before 4:30 a.m. near the intersection of 25th Avenue South and South College Street.
Upon their arrival, police swiftly located a male with a gunshot wound to the chest. In an attempt to hastily save his life, officers provided medical assistance until the Seattle Fire Department took over. However, despite these efforts, the individual was pronounced deceased at the scene. The identity of the man has not yet been disclosed, and the specific events that led to the shooting remain unclear at this time.
