Eighteen-year-old Jonathan Ochoa, a resident of Simi Valley, dialed 911 with a chilling premonition that a group was about to attack him. According to the report, Ochoa and his girlfriend were spending time at the park located at 6045 Nelda St when the incident unfolded.
Ochoa's call to emergency services was made at approximately 8:31 PM on July 1, 2024. Tragically, his fears soon materialized as four male subjects, described as gang members, engaged in an unprovoked assault against him. It was reported that one of the assailants used brass knuckles, significantly escalating the brutality of the crime. The attack resulted in Ochoa sustaining serious injuries, including several head lacerations and a concussion. He was immediately taken to Los Robles Hospital to receive necessary medical treatment.
