Support Arizona Teachers with Your Pint at The Spot Neighborhood Grill's Annual Pints for Teachers EventSource: Google Street View

It's that time of year again, when sipping on a cold draft does more than just quench your thirst—it supports Arizona's teachers. The Spot Neighborhood Grill is bringing back Pints for Teachers for its third consecutive run, inviting patrons to contribute to a worthy cause while enjoying a Four Peaks draft beer at both their Scottsdale and Glendale locations.

For every pint sold, The Spot will donate $1 to Four Peaks for Teachers, a benevolent organization dedicated to easing the financial load of educators. Rising from a commendable $500 in 2022 to an even more impressive $800 in 2023, the aim for this year is to surpass the $1,000 mark. Last year's fundraiser saw a steady stream of support, and the Grill is poised to keep the momentum going, one beer at a time.

Four Peaks for Teachers emerged in response to a stark reality: a whopping 94% of teachers are reaching into their own pockets to provide classroom supplies. This nonprofit tackles that burden head-on, purchasing supplies and building free kits for distribution.

This initiative does more than supply staplers—it furnishes futures with the necessary tools for education. Four Peaks will shower thousands of Southwest teachers with support, including a distribution of over 7,000 supply kits throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. Moreover, selected teachers will be the recipients of $1,000 cash grants, and the crowning 'Teacher of the Year' will receive a $3,000 boost along with a catered lunch for their school.

Patrons and supporters can trot over to The Spot's two locations to be part of this charitable endeavor. The addresses for the toast-worthy Grill are Scottsdale at 18251 N. Pima Rd, #120, and Glendale at 5350 W. Bell Rd, #123.
