During the incident, P1's vehicle broadsided P2's, resulting in injuries to both parties, as well as a 77-year-old female passenger in the Prius. All occupants involved were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The Traffic Division did not respond to the incident as the CHP impounded all involved vehicles and cleared the scene.
