As the brainchild of Rhyne Davis, Giddy Goat has not only served up strong espresso shots but also quite the reputation for delicious empanadas – a demand that has outgrown the current kitchen's capabilities. According to Axios, the new location intends to accommodate a considerable kitchen and warehouse, supporting the enterprise's burgeoning needs. Davis is reportedly optimistic about recreating the lively foot traffic experienced at their original location and suggests that the tantalizing scent of coffee beans roasting may just be the secret ingredient to draw patrons in.

With the local real estate played by MPV Properties and Rhyno Partners Coffee, the deal for the new location involved a $4 million transaction – a hearty investment for a cafe space of roughly 2,000 to 2,500 square feet, while the remaining square footage will be dedicated to kitchen and packaging operations.
