The 22-year-old star, known for her roles on the series "Jessie" and "Bunk'd," was detained by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at Universal CityWalk. ABC News reported that the arrest occurred last Friday following a dispute where Jackson allegedly pushed her boyfriend.

Despite the seriousness of the allegations, both Jackson and her boyfriend have vehemently denied that the altercation turned physical. In contrast, they claimed to be "happily engaged and expecting a baby together," according to information provided by TMZ. However, after reviewing surveillance footage, deputies arrested Jackson on the scene for misdemeanor domestic battery, citing her as the aggressor. She was later released a few hours post-booking.

The incident did not involve any weapons nor result in injuries, police stated.
