Bass, described as a white male standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighing around 190 pounds with white hair and green eyes, was reportedly wearing a blue shirt, and blue jeans when he went missing. His vehicle was identified with the Texas license plate PBX9774, prompting an immediate alert due to Bass's cognitive impairment, as detailed by local law enforcement, as detailed by KSAT.
