Contrary to the initial speculation stirred by the video, the department clarified that the individuals recorded were not youth residents of Los Padrinos, and suspicions arose about their intentions to pass contraband over the confinement's perimeter, the internal and external searches that followed the event revealed no physical evidence of any such illicit materials on the premises; furthermore, the operations at the facility experienced no disruption, and visitations proceeded without a hitch on that day.
