The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing juvenile, 14-year-old Kimani Banks, who was last spotted yesterday at around 2:00 PM in the vicinity of the 41xx block of L St.
The kid is described as approximately 5’3”, weighing roughly 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Kimani was last seen wearing a black scarf, a black shirt, black tights, and dark-colored sneakers. The Philadelphia Police Department urges anyone with information to step forward and help return Kimani to safety.
