The Central Detective Division of Philadelphia is requesting the public's assistance in tracking down individuals connected to a burglary that transpired on August 18, 2024. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the suspects managed to gain unauthorized access to a property located on the 1600 block of North 26th Street around 4:30 a.m., from where they purloined various items including appliances, furniture, and fixtures, valued collectively at about $15,000.
Caught on camera, the suspects were seen loading the stolen goods into an older model Ford pickup truck, described as light in color, with a notable patch of rust over the left rear wheel well. Unfortunately, the video that could have helped identify them was not captured clearly, making their identification difficult.
To further the investigation, the law enforcement agency has released the footage to the public through their official YouTube channel and encourage anyone with information to step forward. The affiliate website of the Philadelphia Police Department offers additional details and updates regarding the incident and the ongoing search for the alleged criminals.
