Tampa authorities have apprehended 25-year-old Dylan Fogle in connection with a deadly incident outside a local gentleman's club last Tuesday. Fogle, alleged to have driven a semi-truck into a crowd after being ejected from the establishment, is facing multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder and attempted murder. Tampa Police Department reports that the fatal collision took place in the early hours of August 13, leading to the death of one Giovanni Soto and leaving two other men with serious injuries.

According to the details provided by Tampa Police, at 4:19 a.m., officers arrived at the scene at 5718 E. Adamo Drive and discovered the truck crashed at the northern edging of a parking lot, near the club's loading dock. Investigations suggested that Fogle had been removed from the club due to inappropriate behavior before he got behind the wheel. Besides the deceased Soto, six individuals were standing near the club entrance when they were struck by the truck.

Following the incident, Fogle was taken to a local hospital with injuries before being charged. Tests performed at the hospital indicated that his blood alcohol content was above the legal 0.08 limit, implicating alcohol as a potential factor in the crash. Tampa Police, in their official statement, revealed the suspect's charges, which include one felony count of Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, and vehicular homicide, among others.

Further updates mention that the two injured parties have been released from the hospital after receiving care for their serious injuries. Fogle, after being medically cleared, was taken to Orient Road Jail where he remains in custody.
