Derry Township Police have issued warrants for the arrest of two individuals implicated in a series of thefts and one violent assault in the parking lot of Hersheypark. Huley Williams, 63, from Brooklyn, NY, and Isabel Maria Santos, 44, of Lycoming County, face multiple felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from incidents this summer that shook the local community.

On the afternoon of July 27, as reported by FOX43, Williams is accused of attacking a family member with a sharp object, which resulted in a facial wound for the victim. The confrontation followed the discovery of Williams rummaging through the family's car. Williams then allegedly fled the scene with the victim's credit card, later using it at a Target store in Bensalem, Bucks County.

Further investigations have linked Williams and Santos to another theft reported in August. ABC27 states that on August 17, a report was made about stolen cash and credit cards from a vehicle at Hersheypark. The stolen cards were used to rack up over $5,600 in fraudulent purchases at various locations, including stores within the park and a Lebanon Target and Walmart.

Authorities could identify Santos and two other suspects from surveillance footage that showed them making purchases with the stolen credit cards. In the burgundy Chevrolet Avalanche registered to Santos, the suspect, Williams was seen driving and entering the vehicle throughout the spree. According to a Local21News report, Williams is believed to be driving the vehicle in the surveillance footage, linking him directly with the theft and fraud conspiracy involving Santos and two unnamed suspects.

Williams is facing a total of 50 charges including felony counts of robbery, aggravated assault, and criminal use of a communication facility. Santos is also charged with multiple felonies such as access device fraud and misdemeanors including theft. The manhunt continues for both suspects, as well as the effort to identify the remaining conspirators involved in this criminal enterprise, with no current report on their whereabouts.
