Delaware State Police are currently investigating an armed robbery at Uncle Willie’s in Millsboro, as two unknown suspects held up the store last evening. According to a statement released by the Delaware State Police, the incident took place at around 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, when the suspects, described as two white males wearing dark-colored clothing, demanded money and tobacco products from the cashier at gunpoint.
The cashier complied with their demands, and the suspects made off with an undisclosed sum of money, fleeing in an unidentified direction. Although surveillance footage has not been made available as of yet, the authorities are pursuing all leads. The Troop 4 Major Crimes Unit is investigating the case and urges anyone with information to come forward to assist.
